Friendly and proffessional service

When i first went to howdens i wasnt even sure i could afford a kitchen but i picked a few things i liked and showed them to puneet and went on my way, a few months later i went back and puneet had remembered me and my choices, he helped me decide what i could afford and got me the best kitchen possible for my budget, i thought i couldnt afford granite worktops but he adjusted my kitchen so that i could, he designed my kitchen with my daughter in mind who needs seperate preperation areas due to ceoliacs, he talked me through every step and was always on hand through the fitting process, Arron sweeney was my fitter and went above and beyond to ensure my kitchen was fitted to the highest quality, even sharing his lunch with my dog, can not recommend highly enough, lastly all the units, worktops and appliances are genuinely high quality, you wont be disappointed

Puneet design consultant located in Bacup Lancashire was amazing from start to finish. From measuring up to delivering my new kitchen, everything was handled perfectly. Overall I’ve had a positive experience…

Overall I’ve had a positive experience with Howdens Bacup branch. Puneet Dixit ( design consultant), and the rest of the staff made sure that everything went well from design to delivery ( and post sale ). The kitchen units are good quality, and the odd little things that were missing, or wrong were quickly rectified. I’m currently in the process of renovating a property and will no doubt be purchasing some joinery items, and fitted bedroom materials from the same branch.

Great service

Great service from the staff at Howdens. I regularly work with Puneet Dixit the design consultant at Bacup Howdens. Ive installed 15-20 kitchens designed by Puneet and always had a good experience. Nothing is to much trouble and he is always on hand if there are any problems.

Over the course of the last 12 months…

Over the course of the last 12 months we have completed many refurbishments and developments. Howdens are always there to support our needs for everything from 1st fix joinery to 2nd fix, aswell as full kitchens. All of the team are helpful and accomodating and nothing is too much trouble. We have a particularly close relationship with puneet who has supported the design and supply aspect of all our kitchens. He has consistently made things easy with site visits and working together to finalise designs. He is always available even outside of Howdens working hours, which is really appreciated. Keep up the good work. Thanks Adam

Bacup branch of Howdens fantastic customer service each time

Used Howdens for a long time now, try my best to steer my customers towards Howdens for their kitchen quality and easy process for ordering… I use the Bacup branch primarily… fantastic staff in branch, with a special shout out for Puneet Dixit who designs all my kitchens each time…. He makes the process extremely easy for me, I’m always busy with work and rushed off my feet, and all I know I need todo is give him the phone number and name of my customer and he’ll do the rest… always get good feed back from my customers about Puneet, when he normally completely re designs their kitchen ideas for the better… But also from myself if I’m unsure of how to make a something look right on site, or I damage something I know he’s just a call away from giving me advice or getting me the items I need either same day, or by dinner time the next day…. Wouldn’t use a different branch, as I feel I have a strong relationship with Bacup branch…. Always met with a smile, a chat and a bru…. Which is great when I primarily work alone most days.. Long may it continue….

Very happy Joiner

Im a self employed Joiner and i use Howdens quite a lot for doors, kitchens and bedrooms. When doing kitchens and bedrooms I will always contact Puneet Dixit who is the design consultant at the Bacup branch. The service i receive from from him is top notch everytime, he knows exactly what hes doing and always points me in the right direction when im not sure on certain things. I do use other branches throughout the North West but when it comes to kitchens and bedooms I wont use anyone else to design them for me. Top bloke, thanks Puneet 👍

Perfect Design

Howdens contacted me to see if I needed anything in their sale and I didn’t really need anything at the time but my daughter needed a reasonably priced kitchen for her house that were modernising, it’s only a small kitchen with difficult sizes to get to fit and needed a lot of jiggling around to accommodate everything, I was put in touch with Puneet Dixit the kitchen designer at Bacup who came up with a fantastic design which was exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price I spoke to Puneet a few times in the design process and I found him very accommodating to what we needed and I can’t recommend him highly enough, if you’re getting a kitchen ask for him and you won’t go far wrong.

Superb …

Had a rough idea of what would work in a small kitchen and the designer Puneet was absolutely superb he got the design we wanted spot on at a price that was on budget and included more in it than we’d realised at the time especially as it included all face end panels and trims. The staff at the store were all polite and very helpful when picking the kitchen up, I couldn’t fault anything in the process of buying the kitchen
