shutting my acount was a pointless…

shutting my acount was a pointless exercise and lost howdens business like shooting yourself in the foot . had to go elsewhere for stuff . reopening account was even worse so i could just see prices .the accounts person was just being awkward but there was nowhere to make complaint ,why? actually nearly didn't bother because it was too problematic . the whole process leftme thinking of shopping elsewher as i am so pissed of
