Great Kitchen from Howdens

I ordered a Kitchen from Howdens, Kelsey one of the designers was great going through the design until I had exactly what I wanted, which as the space was quite tight was somewhat challenging. She was very patient & thorough. When the kitchen was being installed a couple of last minute changes were needed & she worked with the fitter to order products we wanted to add & refunded ones we didn’t need . It made the whole process much easier to manage having a helpful member of staff

Great branch

Have used Howdens, Bangor, for years. They always go the extra mile to be as helpful as they can. Always friendly and welcoming. The new showroom looks brilliant and shows off their great products. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience

Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. I have had a complete refit of kitchen and utility room and from my initial contact to completion of installation nothing has been too much trouble for Howdens to sort out(including my request for my design to include a special place for the dog beds 😄 The design service is first class and the quality of the products excellent. A special thanks to Abi who has been great in not only helping with the design but her response rate to any queries was outstanding. Thank you Bangor Team Howdens

Engineered Herringbone flooring

I urge you not to get Howdens Engineered Herringbone flooring, the joints failed and they have refused to compensate for the faulty product. I have had nothing but problems and poor communication from the manager at howdens, Bangor, North Wales. I had to phone him up on several occasions for update and he wasn't getting back to me. I've had 3 people come out to inspect the floor and all given 3 different opinions. On their website they had 3 reviews for the flooring, and one of them has had the same issues as me. After I reported the fault to the bangor branch, the reviews were removed. When I asked why they were removed, no response was given. I've been trading with Howdens for years and never had a problem, but now since this has happened; their after sale service has been appalling. The flooring has 30 years guarantee on it, and failed within 2 months. Howdens hasn't been in contact with me since forwarding the last report, I have no other option to pursue legal matters.

Amazing Service

Abi was amazing! She came to my property to measure my kitchen and designed my kitchen. All sorted very quickly, in under a week! Amazing service, friendly and full of knowledge. Thank you so much :)
