Howdens - best in town.

I use Howdens quite alot through work and they are our suppliers for what we need. Everytime i walk in I'm greeted by warm friendly courteous staff who are always happy to help, if I'm needing something and they don't have this in stock, then they will do their utmost best to sort it out. I cannot fault any of the staff, thank you very much. Dave.

Above and beyond service

I had a hiccup ordering a work top for my kitchen just a confusion of product numbers but somewhat annoying as I had a deadline to meet and that I'd transported something that big and heavy in my car. I took the wrong product back and was ready for a long complicated process of return and reorder. stepped however a young lady called Amelia made the return refund reorder and payment flawless and simple, she made sure the new product was correct and exactly what was required. I haven't seen this level of service for a long time as was very happy with the service provided. Thank you P Rathbone.
