Above and beyond service

I had a hiccup ordering a work top for my kitchen just a confusion of product numbers but somewhat annoying as I had a deadline to meet and that I'd transported something that big and heavy in my car. I took the wrong product back and was ready for a long complicated process of return and reorder. stepped however a young lady called Amelia made the return refund reorder and payment flawless and simple, she made sure the new product was correct and exactly what was required. I haven't seen this level of service for a long time as was very happy with the service provided. Thank you P Rathbone.
