First class customer service!

For me, it would appear that Howdens Bedford continue to up their customer service. I recently bought some kitchen cabinets and was assisted by Konrad, Simon and Georgia. They were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough to help me ensure that I purchased the right products and accessories for the project I was working on. I believe it's safe to say that they're all customer focused and always go that extra mile to help. Well done Konrad, Simon and Georgia, and keep up the great work as you're a credit to Howdens. Great service

I am always impressed by how happy and positive the team is in all the branches I visit. I shop both for myself and my company, and I know the company account is a very convoluted process, and yet they are always happy to help. Free coffee is a bonus.

Outstanding customer service ethics!

I'd not had any reason to shop at Howdens for a number of years since we last bought our kitchen from there, however, I was working on a project that needed certain dimensions, so I thought that Howdens might be able to assist in this. Well, they certainly did! I was served and assisted by Kaleigh, Georgia and Konrad, all of whom were absolutely brilliant. They listened intently to what I was looking to achieve with my project and spent considerable time in going through the product range with me to ensure that the products would work. Between Kaleigh, Georgia and Konrad, the products they identified for me did work, so thankyou all for being customer focused and persevering until we did find the right solution. So well done to Kaleigh, Georgia and Konrad, your commitment to go that extra mile to try and help has left me with a most positive experience of Howdens.
