Fantastic customer service

I've just returned from the Beeston branch. I had no idea where to start with what i needed. Steve was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He's an absolute credit to Howdens - thanks again for making my experience a positive one. Will definitely be returning when i start my next project :-)

Excellent Customer care & experience from start to finish with Vicky. Victoria Bass Manager of Howdens Beeston branch. We Highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Vicky for designing & creating our dream kitchen. She initially came up with 2 designs, one drawn up from our requests, the second one her design & Wow, she had ideas which we never even thought of. She listened to our requirements & even though space was tight , she still managed to include all the drawers , larder storage ,magic corner & even the plinth drawers (we didn’t think we’re possible) everything that was on our wish list; lots of storage space. She also created an island full of drawers. We changed our mind half way through on the style & colour of our kitchen after visiting the expo in Northampton, it was not a problem for Vicky. She kept in constant contact before, during & after installation to make sure everything went smoothly.She also recommended two excellent fitters for the installation. Thank you so much Vicky for designing & creating our dream kitchen, which we are now enjoying every day.
