Excellent service from Howdens

The service from Howdens was excellent from the very start and I am very happy with the quality of the units etc. I dealt with Natalie at Benton and she gave great advice throughout. There were a couple of minor issues when the fitting started but Natalie and her managers resolved these immediately. Natalie was always on hand to answer my questions and made the whole experience stress free. Big thank you to Natalie - I love my new kitchen.

Seamless and Fantastic Customer Experience!

The whole process was seamless from start to finish and Howdens (Natalie) did a fabulous job of working closely with us throughout the process. The design phase is always the exciting bit and Natalie did a great job in terms of opening up the opportunities with our design and helping turn these into visuals so we could see the art of the possible. Nothing was too much trouble and Natalie expertly guided us through the pro's and con's of the different solutions. Then with the expert support of Giant Solutions Ltd, the dream was turned into reality. Mick from Giant clearly fully understood the brief and worked tirelessly to ensure the kitchen was fitted to the very highest of standards. As with everything, there are always issues however these were quickly identified and proactive solutions were sought with the minimal of inconvenience to us. Indeed Natalie actually revisited the site to ensure all was going to plan. Overall we are delighted with the kitchen and thanks to Natalie, Howdens and Giant Solutions for a seamless and fantastic customer experience.

Top class service

I’ve had an outstanding experience so far, even though I haven’t made a purchase yet. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided clear, helpful guidance without any pressure to buy. It was clear they genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. Based on this experience alone, I would definitely recommend them and will be considering them for my future purchase.

I sent a customer to pick up some…

I sent a customer to pick up some doors having priced them up 16 mm doors. When he came back with the doors they were 18 mm doors. The rep said you need these doors.they wer twice the price of the doors I had priced. I left my customer in your hands .your rep never said the price . So my customer took the doors .I was under the assumption the doors were the price I was quoted.so I fitted them . Only to find out they were twice the price.im not happy the customer won't pay the inflated price. So I'm now having to pay this price. I could have gone to wicks or b +q .and got them cheeper.i don't think I shall be using howdens again please respond in person not a machine thank you ..

Exceptional customer care !!!

Exceptionally good customer care and support from Joelle at Howdens branch in Benton North Tyneside. The whole process was completed with ease. I am really happy with the guidance and support given by Joelle and with the finished product, it looks amazing. Thank you Joelle. A big thank you to Chris who fitted the kitchen, a lovely friendly lad who gave me a timescale and stuck to it . His craftsmanship was second to none and I’m delighted with the finish . One very happy customer!!!
