1st class customer service and care

Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I was not able to purchase a new kitchen at this time. However, Hannah part of the design team, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has the patience of a saint, and is kindness itself. I cannot praise her enough. What a credit she is to the Bexhill team. Hannah was happy to go with all my ideas, and was always cheerful and pleasant. I will be going back at some stage, and I look forward to dealing with the Bexhill branch again.

Howdens are awesome!

Howdens are a great company, I have been dealing with Carla and she is super friendly, really helpful and has been great to work with throughout my experience. She will always answer any questions and change anything on my design, even popping round my flat and bringing over samples to make sure I am happy with everything to get the perfect kitchen for me! I would highly recommend them as a company.

Excellent customer service and supply

After being let down on our delivery by another kitchen supplier Howdens turned around a supply for us within just a few hours and liaised with our builder to deliver at a time that suited him while we were away. Kirsten, the branch manager and all the other staff we dealt with were fantastic - so helpful and did everything to make sure we had what we needed and answer any questions. Actually they turned around a really stressful experience for us from the previous company I to a very positive one. And we have a better kitchen as a result! Thank you Howdens Bexhill - wr won’t go anywhere else ever again!
