Worst experience in 20+years of dealing…

Worst experience in 20+years of dealing with Howdens. Plans were incorrect, to much units and fittings delivered. Quartz worktop service non existing. My customer had to get another contractor for worktops as Howdens promised dates that were too late,and not as agreed. I would like to clarify this review was directed at Howdens procedures. And in no way aimed at the manager and staff at the Bicester depot as they have always done their level best to overcome any difficulties.

Great team, always there to help, if items not in their warehouse they will get it from another depot within a day or two, a massive plus in the way Howdens works.
