Staff at the howdens in Bilston are the best. Nothing is a problem there any issues I have are resolved and the customer experience is amazing.they are helpful in every way and my deliveries are bang on time and everything I’ve ordered is the exact amount. They are alll a credit to the company.

I wholeheartedly recommend Rad at Howdens Bilston – from guiding me through the design phase to assisting with color choices for my kitchen, worktops, and accessories, she was incredibly helpful. I set a budget, due to one thing or another ( on my side) Rad made adjustments where I needed but I still got my dream kitchen.. Her patience and dedication were remarkable. I’m grateful to both her and the manager for outstanding customer service. They were genuine, not pushy at all.Thanks a million – I adore my new kitchen!

I like Radi ...she is god sent ..when I…

I like Radi ...she is god sent ..when I came into the store I had a different type of kitchen in my head and i thought i knew exactly what i wanted. She Radifiied my kitchen idea and made it spectacularly amazing kitchen...I would like to post this but I love being unique otherwise u lot might copy my style..Bilston staff are all friendly and nice...replacement of small chipped boards or doors are replaced without hustle.

Great Team, great experience

We used Howdens during our kitchen extension. Radeeyah and Manager AJ helped us with the designs, informed suggestions and even helped with extras like internal doors. After we had to change our design it was no trouble for them. Can’t speak highly enough of the team there.
