Fabulous service

Well, what can I say! The staff at Howdens were all so friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. It was a joy to be served. They came up with good ideas which helped me immensely, things which I hadn't thought of. The shop was lovely and clean and I was totally at ease. Not to mention a nice cuppa and posh biscuits! Thank you

Howdens Bilston

From the first visit of them measuring the kitchen, to designing the layout everything was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Rads especially went above and beyond every time and even helped me try to explain to my electrician how the motion sensor lights worked. I would definitely recommend them. The kitchen itself is of a very high standard and good quality build. I knew it was the one for me as soon as I saw it. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Howdens Bilston especially Rads they were all lovely and helpful.

Excellent Job

We ordered a Kitchen refurbishment and Erin was super helpful during to ordering stage, especially as we managed to generate multiple different orders and only one of these was eventually chosen. Even then we still managed to have some further changes, which we applied without any fuss and nothing seemed to be to small a task for Erin. During the delivery, not everything went to plan, however again Erin was instrumental in sorting these without any trouble and all corrections to the order were successfully completed and provided to us. We are super pleased with the finish and it resembles the 3d architecture drawings that were made for our design.
