Sales people are ok

Sales people are ok, Awful experience with returning good back to them. I was spending 1k a month minimum with them. But now I won’t be shopping from them no more. Main issue is binley branch. Other branch are good.

The A Team.......................literally

Liam and Connor have been incredible from start to finish. They fitted our quartz countertops and upstands with exceptional skill, care, and attention to detail. Every cut, join, and finish is flawless. The quartz has transformed our Howdens kitchen and truly feels like the cherry on top. Didn't like the fact that as I'm only a cash account.customer I am looked upon in a different light to credit account customers ie I was charged more.for goods advertised in store at a lower price . Not right and to be honest I would reconsider using howdens again

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH

This Howdens is by far the worst Howdens I’ve ever used. Go to a different branch! I’ve been a carpenter for 21 years and have used Howdens in Minworth on and off for most of it. Other Howdens branches are not perfect and will make some mistakes from time to time which is understandable. But this Howdens is absolutely incompetent in every way. The staff are completely useless at carrying out the simplest of tasks. Unskilled and dimwitted. They send the wrong stuff. Loose things and never EVER call you back. Steve Young the designer did countless designs without a finalised master design. This meant when he was away for weeks and weeks and I was fitting the job, no one knew what design we were working off. The other designers don’t know their product. I could go on and on about their incompetence. These are just a few of the problems I encountered. If you want to use Howdens that’s ok, just don’t use this branch. You WILL receive terrible service and feel like pulling your hair out.

What went wrong this time ? Well the answer is the same as always Order some materials a week in advance to ensure you can have them all on the day you need not just half Yes we have that in stock yes we have reserved that for you Come in next week and collect Roll on next week Sorry we do t have any available but we have some in one of our local branches But you will have to travel to three of them to complete your order

I have been dealing with a young lady Dionne at the Binley branch in Coventry and cannot state how helpful she has been and the bonus of being served with a smile, which isn’t always the case unfortunately. I would highly recommend her and Howdens
