The staff are great but the pricing is…

The staff are great but the pricing is poor. Two worktop support legs £72 inc vat and I have an account, can get them from toolstation for £19 all in, shocking !!!! The flat back carcass was ok but when I came to put the plinth on one of the plinth clips was poorly made and couldn’t be used, not good enough !!! All in all pretty rubbish

I have not received any final response! my reply to the comment about contacting customer service is that your customer service is as bad at doing anything constructive as the store was. They were informed of the situation and did nothing so what is the point of contacting tjem again? see if i get an answer below with this question. What is your policy for customers to escalate a complaint, after using customer service? So I made a review which is written below. This is however the only way I am able to reply to their reply! What I got was a standard reply from Howdens saying someone will be looking into this. the same exact reply I received via FB. Then nothing happens! All it does is it looks like they are sorting it but it just gets transferred to private emails and then nothing happens. Weeks then go by, as this has, and I suspect people just give up! which is obviously what they want, not to actually help their customers. Howdens are a complete waste of time with regards to their kitchen ns...all good until there is a problem....their designer and also the manager who checked over everything failed to make adjustments in an island overhang....ends up costing us an extra £750! Completely their fault and yet no help at all. and in fact silence from them when asked what are they going to do. I was told only told contact their customer service and that was a complete waste of time. This was in Binley, Coventry.
