From the first visit to your Bishop Auckland branch we have had great customer service. Your survey and planning produced a brilliant design for our kitchen. Installation of the units and appliances went without any issues. Fitter did a first class job. The measuring and fitting of the worktops went really well and within the time Howdens estimated

I do not have much to review I only got two boxes of screws and a mitre fix pack on a discounted rate because I reopened my account

Hi, my account had lapsed so I contacted Howdens and John. The rep rang me straight back and arrange to call at my property and he explained a lot of updates and had my account reopened within a few hours. So really good service.

No problem at BA DEPOT

I always enjoy using Howdens and on this occasion it was as always going smoothly. That is until the system crashed, no one’s fault, the staff were apologetic and it was ok, just one of those things. A ten minute hold meant it wasn’t perfect and you wanted me to be honest. But hey, at Bishop Auckland you have great staff , keep it going.😊

Brilliant service

Every member of staff at Bishop Auckland are so helpful. From the planning to the installation of our kitchen, each step has been very efficient, any changes that needed to be made have been carried out quickly without any fuss. The products are very good quality. We would highly recommend them. Thank you all so much
