Blackpool Howden’s I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from the Manager at the blackpool branch in Blackpool. In my experience, her manner has been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I feel that orders have been handled poorly, and l am particularly concerned that accounts can apparently be closed without notice, even where payments have been made. I find it unacceptable that customers should be treated in this way. Whilst I have had positive experiences with some other Howdens stores, I would not recommend the Alden branch in Blackpool based on my experience with its management. The Manager's conduct has been disappointing and, in my view, she should be ashamed of the way customers are treated. I expect this matter to be reviewed properly, and I will be pursuing the reinstatement of my account.

Hi there, I just wanted to share my experience with Howdens, as I'm really pleased with the whole process. We chose Howdens primarily because most of our friends use them and had good things to say. We arranged for one of their colleagues to come out and have a look at our kitchen, and they provided us with a detailed plan of what the finished kitchen would look like. When we visited the showroom, we met a guy called Nick who was very helpful and showed us around their range of products and options. We were happy with everything we saw and agreed to the price. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but they were all dealt with straight away, which was reassuring. My kitchen installer did a brilliant job as well, and the kitchen looks absolutely amazing now. Overall, I would definitely recommend Howdens and would not hesitate to buy another kitchen from them in the future.

Put a bad review in and have your account closed

I’ve had to drop my score down to one, and it’s nothing to do with the kitchen itself. I was on this platform and left a two-star review because, yet again, the order was messed up for the second time. I’ve ordered the kitchen twice now, both times at 2 o’clock, and the prices were wrong. Fair enough, they resolved that, but it took them about three or four days, which shouldn’t happen in the first place. On top of that, my guys had to go back to take bits back and reorder new parts, which is a bit of a joke really. Now I’ve been told I can’t continue with the closing down process because I left a bad review. Two times I’ve ordered the kitchen, two times it’s been wrong. Can’t seem to get anything right in the shop. The customer service is poor, ringing me up and telling me my account’s going to be closed simply because I left a bad review. This is completely unacceptable.

Always top notch Mowbary drive

Always top notch, they are all very welcoming helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble. Very knowledgeable staff courteous and always smiling and have banter. Have only ever use the Mowbray Drive branch as I wouldnt go elsewhere.

Draw front
