Our experience with Howdens was Amazing!

Our experience with Howdens was exceptional. James was our designer and he made the whole process totally stress free and straight forward from the coming to the house to measure to the final design plan! The ladies when we phoned were so helpful when we wanted to change the delivery date. Then one of the kitchen cupboards were scratched we phoned and a new one was delivered the next day! Really excellent service from all the staff and we are over the moon with our new kitchen. Thankyou Blyth Store!!

Howdens at Blyth still waiting (2 weeks…

Howdens at Blyth still waiting (2 weeks since the home measuring) for estimate or any design. Since then I spoke to the designer 5 days ago who said he would email what he had done so at least have a visual to work from. For example he said there was only one place for a dishwasher since then I found out from another company this is not correct. The space for the new dishwasher was an integral part and impacted other aspects of the design. Overall I found the designer unhelpful and not forthcoming. After his initial visit I had a some additional questions and a few other ideas to discuss which I feel is not unreasonable. I did visit the showroom to get further ideas but it was his day off - this is why a start of at least an email would have been helpful and to have a rough estimate. Overall the recent promotions online I’ve seen are definitely not reflective of my experience
