Warranty issue

Like we all do, we worry there is going to be an excuse or some problem. Instead it was the best experience as Molly made the whole situation easy and stress free. I cannot express our gratitude enough and will only use this depot of howdens in the future the staff are helpful and polite

Howdens - Bodmin Branch

I purchased a white gloss kitchen from Howdens Bodmin Branch over 9 years ago - I found that the kitchen doors were great quality and look as good now as the day they were fitted however the up stands had slightly discoloured - I phoned them on the off chance that they may be able to help although they had run out of guarantee. Steve from Bodmin definitely pulled it out of the bag and gave me edging strips and also replaced a door ( which had blown on one of the edges and was hardly noticeable) not only that he delivered it to my door the very same day! What more can you ask for by way of service and aftercare! Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a kitchen from Howdens! Thank you Steve.
