Perfect Experience

From beginning to end of my experience I can’t comment any negatives, we firstly went to the showroom on Tong Street all staff were friendly and accommodating, we mostly dealt with John & Iain, Iain came to the house to measure and advised what we could and couldn’t do, we then went the following week to view his designs which were amazing, we made a few tweaks and waited for the work to start. We picked one of the joiners on their recommended list, we used GLD joinery, Guy was brilliant he dealt with all the other trades needed, there were a couple of tweaks needed during the process mainly due to my change of mind regarding handles, nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the focus seemed to be on my happiness not what was easiest for them, the kitchen was completed within two weeks and looks AMAZING, I honestly cannot say how happy I am with Howdens, their service, their aftercare & their recommendation of joiner, 10/10 service and I absolutely mean it. Would definitely recommend Howdens Tong Street.

I had a fantastic experience with Howdens Tong Street. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely positive. A special mention has to go to the showroom manager, John, who truly went above and beyond. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had in a professional, patient, and cheerful manner. Nothing felt like too much trouble, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The design team are equally impressive—knowledgeable, creative, and clearly passionate about what they do. They really go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your kitchen design, paying attention to both the big picture and the finer details. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers and delivers excellent service.

Kitchen review

From start to finish the communication between us was great. We knew exactly what to expect. The kitchen was delivered on time and our own fitters did a fantastic job with the installation. Any issues were addressed promptly, and resolved to our satisfaction. The main issue being a worktop being the wrong size, but this was not the fault of the Howdens branch. We are completely happy with the service from Howdens Tong Street, and John, Jake and Ian have been a pleasure to work with.

Amazing experience

What can I say. Thank you so much to an amazing team for going one step beyond for us. Our kitchen is amazing. Jake , Ian and John we are so grateful for all you have done to help us and advise us in buying our kitchen. nothing was too much for them to sort out and they even do amazing coffee and biscuits when we call. They are an asset to Howdens and would highly recommend buying from them.

I bought a full kitchen from howdens…

I bought a full kitchen from howdens tong st. When I was in the process of buying the kitchen they were great could not do enough , even offered to pick me up and drop me off from show room. But once bought I had some pieces missing which I had to go up and collect my self which cost me they refused to bring it to me their after service is terrible and cut a few corners on the product which should have come built up my joiner had make most of the units up I had lots of extras to return I had to fight for them to pick up and under paid me for the stuff I returned. As I said their after sales attitude stinks. The kitchen products were fine work tops were basic.
