Showed picture of what we wanted in…

Showed picture of what we wanted in brochure, and received the wrong door style but right colour, then recieved right style but wrong door configuration and then finally got it right 3rd time luckily. All sorted now and looks fantastic, however Customer was not happy.

In love with my Howdens kitchen

Just had my beautiful new Howdens kitchen fitted and I’m in love! Helen at Braintree Howdens was great and helped with the design and choice and the end result is even better than I expected. The quality and finish of the units is top notch. We used T&N Developments to fit the kitchen and they did such a fantastic job, very professional, reliable and lovely friendly team. I am always in and out of howdons in Braintree. I usually deal with Steve at the reception. He really does know his stuff and is very happy to help. Steve always offers me a coffee which is a lovely touch. The customer service from Steve is top notch. I would recommend to anyone .

Good experience

Good experience. Pre-order experience good, with plenty of time and appointments to discuss the design and make change. Order process simple and dates and times for delivery upheld. Worktop fitters did an excellent job. Ability to return unused parts simple and refund issued promptly.
