kitchen dilemmas and solutions

My carpenter recommended it to me. I viewed all the kitchens. I went into the showrooms not knowing what I wanted! When I left I felt so relieved and pleased the staff were all so helpful explaining every little detail. I booked to have my kitchen professionally measured a few days later and returned to the showroom to see visual plans on a wide screen TV with colour choices which made my decisions so much easier. I cannot thank the staff enough and I will definetly be revisting for the next project 10/10

Excellent choice, design and service

We decided to give our kitchen a major overhaul and visited Howdens Bridgnorth branch to make an appointment with their designer. Rachel was very helpful and made an appointment for us to see their designer Neasha a few days later. Armed with a couple of wants/ideas and a plan of our new kitchen area we sat down with Neasha who listened very carefully to our thoughts and our lifestyle. In no time at all our new kitchen was developing before our eyes, as Neasha planned the layout we were able to see it on the screen in front of us. Neasha was very professional, her expertise and design flair was very evident from the moment we sat down with her, she offered advice when needed and we left with a kitchen plan that was very near to what we wanted. After studying the initial plan at home, we decided to make a few minor tweaks and additions, these Neasha incorporated easily into our plan and in no time at all we had the prefect kitchen for us and we happily placed an order. We were very happy with the quality of the kitchen and the choices available to us, all of which were clearly explained by the manager and staff in branch, enabling us to make the right choice. We cannot fault the service we have received, we are quite happy to give Howdens and Neasha five stars and would recommend them without hesitation. A huge thank you for everything.

Super happy with our stylish reed green Howden's kitchen! John has been so helpful from start to finish - always going the extra mile. He is an absolute credit to the business. All staff we dealt with in Bridgnorth have been fantastic. We won't go anywhere else for things in the future as long as prices stay competitve. Well done all!

A lot of things missing from the…

A lot of things missing from the kitchen ... which then cost me an extra £400 to get the carpenter back to finish the job as did not have the items at the time

Liked the service brilliant.. having to shop about with other kitchen firms haggling on price ...backwards and forwards to get the best price is annoying too busy to be messing about .. just give the best price you can do at the start .. makes life easier
