Helpful and hassle free buying your kitchen.

The experience of communication with a kitchen designer named Portia for our best needs for our kitchen was 1st class. We explain our requirements to which then the Howden designer when away, for us to call at the Brigg shop/store just a few days later. She had a plan ready with a visual computer large screen display. Went through everything, tweeted one or two minor details. To which myself & my wife were happy to proceed with the purchase of the kitchen, as for the price we were satisfied. We could have tried to bring the price down by going for middle or budget units, but wanting a quality with a lasting option instead. If you want a no hassle straight forward approach to buying a kitchen get yourself down to a Howden store/shop.

Courteous and polite

Courteous and polite. What more can one ask for. Although the assistant was under extreme pressure because of shortage of staff. She was able to correspond and deliver exactly with what I was requiring.

Dressing Room Design

Having had a Howdens kitchen fitted a few years ago, we didn't hesitate to have a dressing room planned & designed by Howdens knowing the quality. Summer from the Brigg site came to our house to take measurements & we then visited her at the Brigg site where Summer planned out the space available according to our needs for the use of the dressing room. Everything was produced on the computer so we could properly visualise the end result There was a long delay between delivery and fitting ( nothing to do with Howdens) and Summer ensured any small issues such as extra shelving was sorted out immediately. We received excellent service from Summer and the whole team at Brigg and we are delighted with our beautiful dressing room!

Howden Brigg staff and products

From the moment " Lee " the man who measured the kitchen arrived at our home, the design was made easy. The company have an expo center at Goole, this visit confirmed the style we wanted, "Lee" recommend this visit. Then "Summer" the lady who did the cad designs listened to our needs, made suggestions. These 2 members of the Goole team were professional, friendly, informative and humourous. Having visited the local Brigg store, the atmosphere is like a small family business - all the staff give you time , are pleasant, professional - even though the company is national
