⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Outstanding Experience with Howdens – Thank You Joey & Fishponds Branch! Our experience with Howdens has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team was helpful, accommodating, and incredibly patient, especially as our plans shifted along the way. Every time something changed, they were right there with us, offering thoughtful guidance and helping us explore alternative solutions without any stress or pressure. The service was thorough, and every interaction felt friendly and welcoming. We genuinely felt supported throughout the entire process. The kitchen itself is high quality, exactly what we were hoping for and more. It was fitted by one of our builders, who commented on how well-designed and easy to install everything was. We can already tell it’s going to be a beautiful heart of the home for many years to come. A huge thank you to everyone who helped us—but especially to Joey at the Fishponds Branch. He is truly an asset to the company. Joey spent the time to really understand what we needed, working closely with us to find the best options tailored to our individual requirements. What stood out most was his approach: no pressure, no push for trends or upselling, just genuine care for helping us make the right choices. Ironically, we did end up spending more than we initially planned—but we did so happily, because we fully trusted that Joey was recommending the most suitable solutions, not giving us the hard sell. We would absolutely recommend Howdens—their service, their products, and especially the fantastic team at the Fishponds Branch. I always use the Howdens branch in…Fishponds

I always use the Howdens branch in Fishponds because the team there are just fantastic. They are always so welcoming and attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am certainly nowhere near one of the largest clients but I always feel like my business matters just as much.

Service is always great in the depots…

Service is always great in the depots we use, however I think pricing needs to be looked at. There are many competitors out there from the likes of Magnet and DIY kitchens even the likes of Ikea are competitive with their 20 year warranty.
