Non existent customer service

The customer service we have received from the manager and his team has been abysmal. I also emailed the area manager and he did not reply. We ordered a kitchen and it came with some things missing which we were led to believe we're included in our quote. When we queried it and asked for an itemized bill we were told we couldn't have one because it's is not our account even though we had paid for it. We were told that they normally deal with builders who would know why the order was incomplete and if we wanted our missing items that we would have to pay £670. We find this to be totally unacceptable and patronising. We are now stuck with an unfinished kitchen due to their incompetence. If they would have admitted to their mistakes and honoured us with the order we thought we getting this review would have been a lot different. We all make mistakes, how you fix them is what you're judged on. Honestly so disappointed. We went with Howdens due to their excellent reviews but we don't recommend them at all. Please go elsewhere

Bravo Brunswick

Everyone in the depot is brilliant. I was hesitant at first, following terrible service from another local depot, but Brunswick have blown me away, especially Amy. She is polite, professional, quick and efficient. She's great at balancing cost and giving really insightful design ideas and tips that made our kitchen and utility brilliant

Excellent service
