Howdens Burntwood were our preferred supplier for the renovation works we had. Meeting with Tiffany to design our kitchen was a dream, she listened and understood all our wants and needs, the design was exactly what we had envisage, including specific types of internal doors, the communication was excellent. During kitchen fitting I had made a blunder totally my fault, I contacted Howdens Burntwood spoke to Neil and Tiffany within an hour everything was sourced and delivered, which we very much appreciated. It can be a stressful time during building works, Howdens Burntwood made this process seamless. We would definitely recommend Howdens Burntwood. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Fowler

Great Customet Service

Massive Thank You to the team, especially Tiffany and Jeffnar at Burntwood Howdens for their impressive customer service. We went into branch several times to look at kitchen doors, colours and styles, and on each occasion they showed patience and experience of what could work for us. We changed our choice of some handles and they exchanged them with no quibble. Great communication throughout, swift delivery of goods and delighted with the end result.

Would definitely recommend - very happy customer

Massive thank you to all the staff at Howdens. They are genuinely interested and super helpful from the minute we first enquired to the end of the refit of our kitchen. Would definitely use them again. Tiffany did a fabulous job in helping with the design. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt she was as excited as me to see the end result. Any issues with units were quickly rectified

We have had an account with Howdens for…

We have had an account with Howdens for over 25 years, always been pleased with the products and service but Neil, Tiffany, Dan, Jeffna and the rest of the team at the new branch in Burntwood go above and beyond, we have waited for years for the local branch to.open up and we havent been disappointed - I say I am their worst nightmare but they just laugh and deal with whatever I throw at them!!! Our new kitchen is fantastic, great price, any problems or changes or returns are dealt with quickly and always with a smile, nothing is too much trouble - well done HJ Burntwood!!!!

Excellent Service

Couldn’t be more pleased with my lovely new kitchen bought from Howdens in Burntwood. My designer Tiffany Hamlet was so helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. I made lots of little changes along the way and she incorporated them into the design effortlessly. The kitchen was delivered when I requested (even a little earlier than expected which was a bonus as it turned up at the exact same time as the kitchen fitter). There were a few items delivered incorrectly but these were changed immediately and with no issues. Every person I spoke to or dealt with at the Burntwood branch couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, they all made a daunting process enjoyable. Excellent product, excellent service, excellent customer relations, would highly recommend 😊
