Ordered the day before as it was…

Ordered the day before as it was showing in stock, went to branch and they were unwilling to find it. In fact they never knew the order was there. Had to leave and collect from another branch.

Howdens can’t measure correctly

Absolutely dreadful . Dint deserve a 1 star. The designer was abit full of himself stating “ I used to work for wren” When builder tried to fit it he discovered the designer had completely measured it incorrectly. I was pressured into builder moving a wall which took another 3 ft off my lounge. I wanted them to take it back. They are supposed to offer this option but I didn’t get offered it ! This is against consumer rights I now know. Not what I wanted but I had builder designer and manager in my house. Since then they have not replied to my emails at all. A friend’s kitchen was also measured incorrectly. Avoid Steve the designer but overall the company!

Very good branch

The engr that did my design was very helpful (Natalie P), came out of her way to measure, and walk through the design to finish... Also members of the branch were very helpful and supportive. The branch manager also came out of hours to deliver an item...

Really happy with the quotations I received, and advice and guidance from both Gary and Steve at Bury branch, delivered to site as arranged and everything was as ordered/perfect Very impressed with quality of cabinets, doors and fixtures All completed and so happy with professional service from start to finish Highly recommended, and look forward to my next project

Absolutely and single handedly thee…

Absolutely and single handedly thee worst company to deal with , I've been in the building industry for 20 plus years and never delt with such an unprofessional, uncooperative company as they are. And don't even get me started with the accounts department ,2 of the rudest women I've had the displeasure of talking too over all a big fat 0 out of 10 from me Can I just add its not the employees at the local depot that I go to but the management higher up, that have this blatant disregard for there customers. All my complains are aimed at the main office not the local branch
