Friendly and helpful team

I find ALL the staff at Carcroft to be friendly, and most importantly very helpful. There have been times where I have been uncertain of which product is required or a product I cannot find. At some point over the last 2 months, each individual within the team have took time out to look through the products Howdens has to offer, in order to find what I’m looking for, and if they haven’t got what’s required in stock, arranged for items to be delivered locally, saving me time and effort. It’s a big thanks from me 😊

Chrysoulla and the sales team at Howdens Carcroft are fantastic!!! Honestly you could not ask for more. They gave me the same exceptional service regardless of the sales value. As a small business owner I believe this is a very important trait to have in todays environment. I whole heartedly recommend the whole team. Weather is a price match, a delivery or a personal service they are there nothing is to much trouble. Kitchen designer Chrysoulla listens & design specific to your needs. My advise would be to utilise all their services and trust their honesty and reliability. They are truly a fantastic resource and supplier of all things kitchen. If you not sure where to start with your kitchen and costs book an appointment with Chrysoulla and take it from there! There's no pressure and they are super professional, charmingly friendly & extremely helpful. I confident you will be happy and want a full service they will take the pain out of pricing and designing for you:)

We refurbish houses and have used Howdens for years, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Having used branches in the South and North if England I can honestly say we have always had a fabulous service, great support and when the occasional hiccup has occurred it has been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, I order mt goods online. Tell them when I will be collecting and they are always ready when I go to collect. Customer service is excellent. Staff are always polite and ready to offer advice and support.

Went in to carcroft depot needed a kitchen plan doing urgently, they managed to get someone out same day and within 48 hours had plans drawn up and finalised. Excellent service always.
