I was given a price for a fire door…

I was given a price for a fire door £189 I said is that the best price answear yes I go back and order some doors that were on offer Talked to the lady about the fire doors she said we can do for £79 !!!! Jesus I’d ordered elsewhere by know So I’m thinking Howdens trying to rip me off once I said I can get cheaper for fire doors all I’d a sudden ahh we can do for £79 Very dissatisfied

The large project for new kitchen…

The large project for new kitchen installation is complete. Howdens did the planning and supplied all the units and figments. All was well handled, no transit damage. The people at HOWDENS Cardigan were and are excellent, helpful, kind, and courteous at all times, even with the pressure of business. The drawn plan worked out fine. We thank all concerned, Mr Peter Clarke did exceptionally well. We have recommended Howdens to a further 3 potential customers. Many thanks. Gwilym H Rees of Carnalw.

On this occasion having written down…incomplete order

On this occasion having written down the items required only half the items were actually ordered from the store.was contacted to say items were in but on arrival only half the order was there meaning an extra 22 mile trip week after.

Planning and supply of kitchen units

The design work for the kitchen is superb. Mr Peter Clarke paid detailed attention to the requirements. Delivery of goods was prompt, safe, and the delivery people were most helpful. Excellent service on each purchase we have made. Friendly and expert advice, with suggestions for alternative installation methods which saved costs. Returned items ordered in error were dealt with immediately and correct sizes ordered in promptly to avoid delay in fitting. Would definitely recommend.
