All staff were so friendly and helpful, Elliott came out and designed the perfect kitchen for us and even with a few changes nothing was too much trouble for them

New kitchen order

So far a good experience. Linda was great with helping with the design. Have just made an amendment to the order which is due in 8/10days time. Hope that the delivery goes well I'm sure sure it will and that Linda will look after any queries and sort everything out.

Superb Design and Customer Interaction

Howdens Cardigan West Wales. Today, paid for and, collected our kitchen design. Absolutely delighted with our design by Elliot. A week ago Elliot came to our dismal looking kitchen, LISTENED to everything we wanted in a kitchen, spent time and made suggestions about making a new kitchen work. Took all the measurements and within a week has come up with a great design incorporating everything we wanted. He really did listen and that is so important. We had our design appointment today, its great to see it all on the big screen as if you are in the kitchen, and at a click of the mouse he changes the look so you can see what this or that may look like. We only changed a couple of appliances, Elliot got the foundation spec spot on. We have printed colour images of what the kitchen will look like and looking at it again hours later we are even more pleased. Can't fault the service, it really has been above and beyond, incorporating the whole kitchen/dining look. Elliot has provided open and honest advice, so refreshing. We can see the time he has spent, coming out to us, preparing a design, making it work, it's absolutely brilliant. We are so chuffed and it's all being delivered next week! Having had many kitchens in the past, we know and, are particular in what works for us and Eliott has delivered on all accounts and all in the space of a week. We sincerely wish Elliot every continued success, he really has the eye and technical knowledge. Thank you...

Howdens kitchen experience.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Howdens. My first point of contact on Sunday evening was a quick email enquiry, a young man called Elliot rang the next morning and arranged to come out to measure. He rang to say the plans were done and would we like to go in and take a look at his proposal. We went on Friday morning had a few tweeks done, went back in the afternoon and by tea time had a new kitchen ordered. The service we received from Elliot couldn't have been better. He was very professional, friendly concise and honest. Great experience. Thank you.

Imy kitchen project was designed

Imy kitchen project was designed, purchased and delivered all through my local Cardigan branch. From start to delivery customer service has been excellent.helful and friendly, if I need anything I know I can rely on the local branch to sort it out. Very good people to work with. Will recommend to anyone considering a project. Lovely design by the way.
