I am just so pleased I chose Howdens.

I am just so pleased I chose Howdens. I was served by Natasha who honestly couldn’t have been more helpful and professional in every way with the service I received. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the delivery guys but needless to say the experience was the same. It was an absolute pleasure in dealing with every member of staff I had contact with. I can’t recommend Howdens enough!

Great staff, poor products

The staff at the Castlepoint point branch are brilliant, always pulling out the stops to get us the products we need when we need them, great communication. They bring the rating up to a 3, what keeps it low is the consistent poor quality of the doors Howdens produce. Paying over £100 per door for “oak veneer” that is paper thin is a bit of a joke. The most recent batch were splitting out when screwing in hinges even after pre drilling! Howdens have become far too expensive in recent years and the quality just isn’t there

Mollie the Howdens kitchen designer is wonderful

Mollie the Howdens kitchen designer, amazed us with her beautiful design, practical layout and attention to detail. She was so kind and patient with us and worked collaboratively with our builders to ensure every detail was taken care off and always on hand to answer questions. The quality of the Howdens units is fantastic and we couldn’t be more delighted with our new kitchen. Thank you Mollie and Howdens Castlepoint, would recommend to anybody!
