Rae was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable !

Rae was incredibly personable and her product knowledge and experience were really helpful in making our buying decisions so much easier . There was no hard sell and she answered all our questions easily, so we came away knowing we had made the right choice for our new kitchen. She even remembered it was our wedding anniversary when we came back to pay the deposit! Thank you Rae the flowers were lovely !!

Abi is just amazing

Abi is just amazing! From the moment we met her we knew we would be in good hands designing our kitchen/utility/boot room area. We had been recommended Howdens by our builders and good friends, and we struck it lucky when Abi was our point of contact. Our project was quite large, and our boot room had some quire unique needs. Abi rose to every challenge! She listened to what we wanted, we spent many hours with her working all our ideas through - with huge amounts of fun and laugher throughout! Her personality and sense of humour, and style, are superb - we really enjoyed our time with her (plus the coffee was great too!). Nothing was too much trouble, even turning our scribbles for storage in our boot room into a design which our builders then brought to life. Abi and our builders also formed great relationships, and I know they have since recommenced other clients to work with Abi. Our project was completed in Autumn 2024, and as Abi lived relatively local, we wanted her to see her design in reality. Abi actually called in just before Christmas, and we were delighted she was able to see all her hard work in person, completed by the many fairy lights all set for the festive season! We have since had the pleasure of working with Abi again on my brothers flat; her style, design and support was fantastic; all with her endless enthusiasm and positivity. We probably spent far longer with her than we should have done as she is a joy to be with. We cannot recommend Abi highly enough as a person and designer. As a designer, she listens but also asks great questions, puts forwards suggestions and ideas, to ensure your design is right for you and that little bit different. So many kitchen designers just give you what you have already in situ - that’s not design! We, along with our builders are extremely pleased with how both works that Abi has been involved with now look (and again as builders they see an awful lot and they too have been nothing but complimentary about Abi and the resulting finished work and design). Abi is an asset to Howdens; she is a lovely person and a creative, kind and thoughtful designer.

Good quality kitchen, helpful staff

Good quality kitchen, helpful staff, delivered on time. We requested some small changes after the initial kitchen design had been made, and these were implemented without any fuss. Staff were always helpful whenever we phoned or went to the store. Kitchen was installed last week and we are very pleased with it.

Abi was amazing .

Abi was amazing her knowledge is exceptional on kitchens ,listening to what I wanted in the kitchen and advising what would fit. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind a few times .

We always use this branch at RN…

We always use this branch at RN Carpentry & Building, all the staff at Howdens are extremely helpful and friendly. Their service has always been top. If there has been any issies Chris or Sam are always quick to address them. A special mention to Lita as well, for her beautiful kitchen designs. Our clients are always happy and so are we. We look forward to many more years working with Howdens Chelmsford
