Home visit for measuring of kitchen

Home visit for measuring of kitchen. Really thankful my builder was present to challenge the 'hard sell' tactics. already had a quote so this was for measuring purposes. When it came to appliances, was only told one option which was the more expensive / bespoke but my builder challenged this advising to go for Beko which is more universal should anything go wrong. On receipt of the quote, my builder requested an itemised breakdown, but was told we needed to pay up front to get this! My builder generally uses Howdens, Hertford but went to Chelmsford as that is where I live. Not impressed with the service so have now gone to Hertford who have been much more accommodating and have adhered to the request made. Such a shame as it started off so well with Abbi, but went downhill with Anna :( Would not recommend.

Rae was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable !

Rae was incredibly personable and her product knowledge and experience were really helpful in making our buying decisions so much easier . There was no hard sell and she answered all our questions easily, so we came away knowing we had made the right choice for our new kitchen. She even remembered it was our wedding anniversary when we came back to pay the deposit! Thank you Rae the flowers were lovely !!
