Brilliant service

We wanted to match up some existing units and Megan, Zac and Liam really couldn't have been more helpful. They were so kind and even tho it wasn't a full kitchen they made sure we got exactly what we needed. If ever you want to go somewhere where you are really looked after and can get incredible quality products go to Chepstow Howdens they go above and beyond!!!

Umit has been so engaging and attentive to our choices. He turned up on time, explained what he was doing each time and smiled a lot, making the viewing of the proposed design, a delight. The manager Liam and staff at the branch have all been polite, friendly and helpful everyone we have spoken with them, in person or on the phone. First class all round.

Howdens Joinery Chepstow every single time. This is always my go-to place for joinery and kitchens, and they never disappoint. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to make sure everything is right from start to finish. The quality of the products is excellent, the showroom is well laid out, and orders are always handled efficiently and professionally. You really feel valued as a customer here.
