Great customer service !!

A huge thank you to Mike and Wayne ( I hope I've remember the names correctly !) They were on the front desk when I arrived with a drawer from my kitchen that had fallen apart due to shoddy work from our fitters 7 years ago. Even though the fitters hadn't been supplied by Howdens ( the kitchen had been supplied by them ) they spent half an hour dismantling it and then re screwing it ( with the correct length screws ) I was fully expecting to just be given the contact details of a fitter, never expected them to fix it there and then and refuse to take any payment.... walked out chuffed to bits, thanks Howdens....I'll drop off some biscuits this week !

Sort it out

Lovely staff in the branch. Awful computer system - kept crashing, and crashing again. What should have been a 3 minute transaction took 15 minutes. Sort it out, Howdens.

Terrible warranty

Tried to contact the local store where purchased the kitchen, the top of range model and just fobbed off when clearly the doors have a defect with blown laminate at the bottom, unable to escalate at all and told we have cleaned the doors wrong, even though no drawers are effected. Tried looking on their website and there is no way to take a complaint further, terrible company, would definitely not recommend or buy again
