Excellent Service from Howdens Chingford We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Howdens and would especially like to say a huge thank you to Hayley at the Chingford branch. It took us years to finally decide on the right kitchen, so we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. From the very beginning, Hayley was incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Her recommendations, guidance and assistance throughout the whole process were invaluable, and even after we received the kitchen, she continued to be there to help. The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we are so happy with both the quality of the kitchen and the service from the Howdens team. We are very pleased that we chose Howdens, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. A special thank you to Hayley for going above and beyond her patience and support made the whole experience so much easier. Highly recommend Howdens Chingford and their fantastic team!

Great customer service !!

A huge thank you to Mike and Wayne ( I hope I've remember the names correctly !) They were on the front desk when I arrived with a drawer from my kitchen that had fallen apart due to shoddy work from our fitters 7 years ago. Even though the fitters hadn't been supplied by Howdens ( the kitchen had been supplied by them ) they spent half an hour dismantling it and then re screwing it ( with the correct length screws ) I was fully expecting to just be given the contact details of a fitter, never expected them to fix it there and then and refuse to take any payment.... walked out chuffed to bits, thanks Howdens....I'll drop off some biscuits this week !

Sort it out

Lovely staff in the branch. Awful computer system - kept crashing, and crashing again. What should have been a 3 minute transaction took 15 minutes. Sort it out, Howdens.
