bad all round experience

Had to wait to be served. Just ignored when arrived no greeting like Hi be with you shortly. As though I did not exist. Two men brought out the order. Not a word from either. Ordered prefinished doors but not finished on the edges. All rough and not painted. Don't you expect a prefinished door to be finished all round not just the two faces. Skirting board with foot prints. All round a bad experience sorry. Customer service and experience surely is the number one priority?
