Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Spent over £30k on a Howdens kitchen less than a year ago. We were talked out of buying Samsung appliances and into Lamona. Less than a year on our freezer is broken. We cant get an engineer to look at it for 5 days and we are loosing £100s in food including our Christmas turkey. Told to claim on our insurance loosing our no claims bonus and increasing our premiums. Service has been shocking with no aftercare or thought given.

Excellent design team, couldn’t have done more to help. Even did a site visit to double check measurements when we uncovered some hidden plumbing. Seamless, simple & speedy delivery. Perfect from start to finish 😊

Great Customer Service

Our new kitchen was designed by Howdens Cleethorpes and we are thrilled with the result. John the designer helped us to realise our thoughts by helping us to understand what was possible and really helped us maximise the functionality of the kitchen. But where Howdens really get our 5 star rating is with their customer service. TBH we have had some issues with a few things being broken, missing and other issues which were upsetting at the time but the team with special mentions especially to Lee who has worked tirelessly to resolve these.

Writing this review for the staff (Kevin) who has been most helpful, although we have decided to purchase from a bespoke company and not Howdens directly, Kevin the designer has been most helpful and advised us along the way, I hope Howdens gives their staff a good cut from there prices they make ! unfortunately the price didn't meet our budget and we were pushed to look at other options
