Howdens at Clifton Moor (York) - Rob was our designer / sales consultant. He couldn't have been more helpful and was the main point of contact for us and our fitter throughout the process. We're very pleased with our experience and the end result. The products are well made and of high quality, and the customer service we received from the Clifton Moor branch was very good. Even when we had a few small issues, they were quick to resolve them. Howdens might be more expensive than other kitchen suppliers, but you really do get what you pay for!

Warehouse guy decided he would only…

Warehouse guy decided he would only carry the door I had purchased half way to my van as he said ‘I don’t get paid enough mate, I’m on minimum wage’. It wasn’t like he had anything else to do, I was the only customer at the time. The trade desk staff were great, as was the kitchen designer I spoke to.

Ordered sliding wardrobe doors. Went the extra mile to get them in asap. On fitting them there was a manufacturing defect - replaced it without issue. Both members of staff at the Clifton Moor, York depot were extremely helpful and polite

Great quality products for the price.
