The quality of the units and the ease…

The quality of the units and the ease of order was great, issue with drawings on the day re sizing and returns which impacted overall score, but when discussed with the branch manager was all rectified and sorted very quickly.

i would struggle to recommend this…

i would struggle to recommend this company as people i'm guessing they're pleasant enough and kaiya from Coatbridge she is okay however i would say no go elsewhere, she did not give info for the flooring we spoke about the colour was "black sands to coincide with the worktops at the time or the breakfast bar that was in fact included in a 3d design i gave to her at the time, not being able to view her design i thought it was more or less the same so gave go ahead, pb builders they're another mob stay clear of, the breakfast bar was not included i then had to fork out extra money for flooring now to find out it rips the heck out of my mop heads, then there was the cheek from howdens tech man who did not do his job and lied about it being my pots and pans it was a loose connection in the wiring on the hob, the tech person has scraped the hob, now i complained to howdens and to kaiya few weeks ago and no response, once they have your money that's it they just do not care

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kaiya at Howdens in Coatbridge to get my new kitchen fitted in my new flat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service, and cannot fault. Renovating and wanted to upgrade kitchen to how we wanted it and Kaiya helped us design it to exactly how we had envisaged , she had amazing ideas on how we could best utilise the space, also amazing design ideas, and she honestly has helped to give us our kitchen of our dreams. Would recommend howdens to everyone and kaiya

Shopped in howdens in Coatbridge and a very lovely young lady kaiya took us through the whole process from start to finish , she was fantastic very friendly , very very knowledgeable and helped up with every decision , nothing was too much of a bother . Just had my kitchen installed that I bought from Howdens coabridge And wow!!! I’m over the moon My kitchen designer Kaiya was exceptional she listened to all my ideas and brought them to life … I highly recommend her she took time with me to go over all my plans and ideas nothing was a bother her patience and attention to detail is exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great customer experience at this particular branch. Every single one of my questions were answered and I was also reassured on particular products.
