Howdens Colchester still unable to rectify their cockup on my bill despite endless attempts. Have used other branches without any problems at all. Also got charged for a txt message to one of their salesmen!? w t f!?

Colchester v Clacton branch…

the assistance at the Colchester branch was very helpful , however the young lady who served me at the Clacton branch was very dismissive and it seemed like a chore to serve me.

Always helpfull i went in to inquire for price and match from previous purchase on flooring for a job in the next week or so and got it early in a discount offer but it had to be ordered then as going out of offer period ,but the lady was good to save me money on it ,I don’t go anywhere else for , doors kitchens and flooring skirting and arc good quality materials and good friendly service , kind regards Rich
