Excellent design help & high quality finish

My parents in their 80's had a leak and required a new kitchen. Howdens in Crawley were appointed and their kitchen designer Vicky came to meet my anxious parents at their house. She has brilliant ideas and listened to how they wanted to use the kitchen and suggested some changes from their original units and fixture. Everything was swiftly ordered and delivered and now my parents are thrilled to be back in their house and loving their new kitchen. Thank you Vicky & Crawley Howdens team.

Jo, at the Howdens Crawley Branch, has always been very helpful and imaginative with her design of our new kitchen. She was a good listener and took into account all of our needs and wants within her design. She noticed that there was a useful space, that could have been missed, for a wine rack! Jo was fantastic

I used to work with Team and it was family! When I left I wasn't sad because the relationship was for ever, now as customer! With my private independent projects I will always feel this team will do their upmost. They are good people and deliver professionally [I won't single anyone, all 5*]

The product was the best price and the…

The product was the best price and the availability was good. The down side was that I was misgendered by the salesperson every time he spoke to me. More training for staff for inclusivity is what is probably required. Since publishing this I have had a call regarding the situation and they have been most apologetic over the matter. I have therefore re-evaluated my star rating to suit my experience.

Door order

Very easy to get a quote sorted and arrange a delivery date. Howdens called the day before to arrange a time and the driver arrived at the agreed time. Doors were packed and in perfect condition. Driver assisted with unloading and was friendly.
