I came in to make use of your tool…

I came in to make use of your tool anmesty day on the 2nd of September at the Crewe branch and was told that I couldn’t swap my tatty old saw for a nice new one because I hadn’t kept the flyer and brought that with me to the store. This was quite disappointing as I don’t remember anything in large letters on the flyer saying it needed to be kept taken with us on the day. You can do anything to help in this matter. I’ll be very much appreciated.

Premium Quality Kitchen parts

Premium Quality Kitchen parts. Just required a length of gloss white plinth. The extra length (over competitors offerings) meant I only needed one length, and the great quality meant it could be cut easily along and across - no chipping of the covering and no peeling. Job done!

Andy came to us from the crewe store to…

Andy came to us from the crewe store to sort a kitchen plan so we could see what it would look like,very professional and knows his stuff he was great,we went to store a week later to see what he came up with and the results were absolutely spot on just what we wanted and more,the kitchen was ordered and came a week later,a couple of bits were missing and 1 peice damaged,contacted andy and he corrected this very quickly and made sure it was sorted,all in all we are very happy with our new kitchen and would 100% recommend using howdens

Aidan is very friendly and always willing to review decisions made. On delivery of the kitchen a couple of items arrived that hadn't been ordered. These were returned and reimbursed without any hassle. Before fitting the kitchen it was discovered that the top cupboards were too big, again these were changed to smaller cupboards without any issue. I have already recommended Howdens to a friend.
