Lack of communication

Absolutely diabolical communication! We have literally just heard (from a third party) that our kitchen worktop, which was supposed to be here last week then rescheduled for a week later (on Tuesday), is now coming on Saturday. No explanation and no apology have been offered by anyone from Howdens. We were so looking forward to our kitchen being completed and now feel really let down and are extremely disappointed in the lack service provided.

waste of time. booked a quote . they cancelled on day. gave them benefit of doubt and rebooked. they showed but didn’t bother sending quote . waste of time

Kitchen disappointment…

We are disappointed by the wear on our kitchen. We had it fitted in 2017 so of course it's out of warranty but our worktop is severely discoloured around the sink where there's splashes and it seems to chip easily. One of the cupboards is warping near the kettle although I asked specifically about whether it could withstand this and was assured that it would. We went to Wren and B&Q and considered their kitchens but felt that Howdens quality was better. Don't know what to do now as we can't afford to replace our kitchen every 5 years.
