Bought some 6 panel doors

Bought some 6 panel doors. Ascot drive branch did not have all widths in stock. The lady checked other branches in Derby for the sizes I needed and sorted it all out. She was knowledgeable about the thicknesses and gave me good advice. Thankyou.

The staff at derby Ascot Drive Depot is…

The staff at derby Ascot Drive Depot is brilliant. They went out of their way to find me 2 doors which were discontinued and they didn’t have in stock. They located the doors are available at Leicester Wigston branch and Coventry branch and even negotiated the best prices for me. Staff at Leicester and Coventry branches were extremely welcoming. Freddie and Shads at Coventry branch even waited for me after their closing time so that I can collect the door in time.

Fitting a Howdens Bedroom Be Careful

Rating: 1 out of 5 Very disappointed with the overall service at this branch. A routine return was mishandled, an unnecessary issue was created by the manager, and the lack of accountability caused avoidable inconvenience. Earlier, the bedroom survey offered no credible design guidance, which led to ordering the wrong items and having to change things last minute on my fitter’s advice. While Michelle and Ishaq have been excellent throughout, the wider experience has been poor enough that I’ve now raised a formal complaint with regional management.
