I ternary door frame

Staff nice and friendly, product reasonably priced, asked two days ago when I bought a internal door frame if I could have a breakfast voucher and was told by staff member they didn't do them anymore, next day I got a email saying free breakfast sandwich voucher, so my question is was I lied too or was my purchase not of high enough value

Great Customer Service!

Having purchased units some time ago and, because of illness hadn’t been able to install them, I came across an issue which required an exchange. May I say that the customer service was absolutely first class! Roxanne initially, along with Denise and Paris were all super helpful, courteous and friendly. Also, a shout out to Josh in the warehouse. Very quick. If service was a commonwealth games event…..he just won Gold! Thanks Howdens Dinnington

Delighted with my purchase. Bought a kitchen and had it fitted for my new work premises, the whole process was smooth and easy and delivery and fitting was a smooth quick turnaround. Special mention to Ian for making it a stress free process. 5 star

Nothing too much trouble

All staff members were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, Josh and his colleagues have been absolutely superb during my visits there on our latest project. A pleasure to have some good old fashioned customer values.
