Friendly and helpful staff

Went into the branch today to pick up some flooring that I had called to order. Was served by Josh who was very helpful and loaded my car up for me. The manager was kind enough to give my little one some biscuits while we were being served. It was very clean and tidy in the branch.

No Fuss, no problem!! Thank you

Due to an incorrect explanation by me, incorrect items were placed on my order. This was identified on collection and immediately corrected with a smile and absolutely no fuss. A couple of the items were out of stock as I had taken the last ones. No problem, now on order and a date given for me to collect them. Brilliant service from Ian (mngr), Paris and Rox. Well done guys and…..thank you!
