All staff including lovely lady answering my phone call to the top man who signed me up while doing a roofing job @ adwick le street were excellent mannered & an asset to your company! Being from the old skool as they say,manners are used always by me & congratulated by people I have contact with,so when they are returned I find it BEAUTIFUL & THEY ARE FREE! OBNOXIOUS RUDE PEOPLE ARE NOT WELCOME IN MY LIFE,ESPECIALLY IF YOUR SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM! THANKYOU & LOOK FORWARD TO MY MANY UPCOMING PURCHASES WITH YOU,REGARDS,PHILIP,THE GEEZER!

I needed urgent help getting a bathroom designed and delivered before Christmas. Wayne Stoppani set me at ease and helped me design everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the system and product ranges inside out. Left me with great confidence and everything was delivered on time and in tact. I couldn't have wished for better service. Simply the best!

Disaster from design to install

Wrong parts wrong back splash £1000 dose not FIT WITH HERON BONE PATTERN I WOULDN'T GO TO THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN FROM DESIN TO INSTALL NOW AWAITING ANOTHER BACK SPLASH WHICH IS MONDAY 17TH FITTERS BUST FOR ANOTHER 2WEEKS .JUST COST ME ANOTHER 120 FOR A GLASS BACK SPLASH TO ORDER THEY SEND YOU PANELS TO CUT DOWN WHEN THEY SUPPLY ONE WHAT DOSENT NEED CUTTING UNLESS YOU WANT A HEAD FULL OF CARTOONS AWOID THIS COMPANY Fitter came back today to fit the splash backs another problem they don't make a trim to fit 3mm splash back sent out 10mm This is a company what sell you products but don't manufacture all the products to finish it has to be sealed instead of trims If you want a complete kitchen then don't shop here

Excellent customer service from start to finish — from the initial kitchen design right through to loading up at collection.
