Excellent service at Droitwich …

Went to Droitwich branch with a problem with 2 doors which are an about 6+ years old, told they are now discontinued. But the guy took the details and size and he will see if he can find any. He didn’t have do that, makes a change for that type of customer service today. Maybe that will make the difference when we need a new kitchen. Didn’t get his name but thank you if you get to read this, a credit to Howdens.

Howdens Droitwich are a superb store to deal with. Great customer service and focus (very much different from the other branch I used to deal with in Cattedown Plymouth, which was awful) Would highly recommend the Droitwich branch to anyone.
