Sean advised and recommend great suggestions to enhance our kitchen, to truly make the most out of the space we have. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had some great advice. All round great guy and would recommend anyone to use howdens and have sean help them for their dream kitchen.

Very poor service from Kayleigh…

Very poor service from Kayleigh designer at Hawbank road East Kilbride. Kayleigh started out by explaining the training she has as a designer versus staff in B&Q and that I would be able to buy a kitchen from howdens knowing a designer has designed it. Which would have been great if Kayleigh had any ounce of attention to detail. Kayleigh failed to include appliances in the quote she provide verbally, despite us having a full conversation about which dishwasher and which washing machine I would prefer: this resulted in my kitchen being delivered without these items, this then caused a delay in fitting the kitchen and then imagine my shock when I was told I had to pay for these items as they weren’t included in the cost I had paid, even though i had a meet with Kayleigh before purchasing to confirm everything I picked including the dishwasher and washing machine. Kayleigh took no responsibility of her mistake and when I requested to speak to the store manager they also took no responsibility in Kayleigh l’s mistake and they hid behind the fact that the trade person is their customer and not me the person who directly paid for the products. I don’t recommend anyone to use East Kilbride Howdens as their designers are incompetent, lack detail and vision and take no responsibility for their failures. Kayleigh failed to hear my requests for my small kitchen which resulted in me having a gap between my fridge and the wall, thankfully my trades company were more than competent and fixed her design faults. Having work done to the house is stressful and you rely on people who have the knowledge and experience (is it is their day job), I should never have put trust in Kayleigh as a designer, she clearly has only been taught the system you use for design and actually has no design knowledge. Howdens only care about passing the buck to someone else, they don’t take responsibility and essentially don’t care. A tip for you Kayleigh don’t down talk another organisations when you made the same mistakes you said they would make.

Really happy with our new kitchen and…

Really happy with our new kitchen and utility room. The quality of products and service we receive from Howdens College Milton were excellent. I made quite a few changes to my design and Sean made everything easy, nothing was a problem. I would definitely reccomend.

Excellent customer service from Sean!

We recently purchased a kitchen from Sean at the College Milton branch. From the first home visit, during the design consultation and through to delivery and beyond he has been helpful, patient and always responds quickly to queries and has gone out of his way to help us get the finish we wanted. Efficient process handled professionally

I dealt with Nicola at Howdens and I have absolutely no complaints. She worked in conjunction with the guy who was fitting my kitchen (Sam from Deluxe Joinery & Deisgn - who is also brilliant, Google him for 5* reviews) to get everything sorted the way I wanted it. Nicola put together mock ups of how my kitchen would look and it all lived up to my expectations. You can tell it's a successful operation as it runs very smoothly. Once everything is agreed, the kitchen fitter dealt directly with Howdens and I didn't need to do any more other than wait for it to get done. My advice to people who are looking to have a kitchen refitted would be take your time. It's not going to happen overnight. But if you work with the right people, it will get done the way you want it. I first dealt with Nicola at the start of October 23 and the job was completed last Monday (26/02/24) although that was down to the availability of the kitchen fitter. I am very happy with the way things worked out and am happy with the part Nicola / Howdens played in that. Thank you Nicola!

Trust Howdens - superb service

Just had a new kitchen installed by Howdens East Kilbride. Top class service and products from start to finish. Can’t think of a single fault. We dealt exclusively with Sean and he was superb. I don’t plan to change my kitchen again for a long time but, if I was to, I would use Howdens again without a doubt.
