Why not 5 stars

Why not 5 stars? Simply due to HO decision to go completely digital - no paperwork at all. So all reliance is based on verbal (ie just hope its aok with no problems - until there is.) Where does this lead to? AI next, no humans needed.

Unfortunately the quality of the kitchen is letting down the excellent service of the branch

Branch from design to delivery and helpfulness 5 star . Quality of kitchen (Witney dove grey )only 3 star at best. doors very flimsy and cheap feel .i would not put this kitchen in my house . quality only just better than Wrens and their have the worst kitchen quality out their .

Service was fairly good

Service was fairly good, the discounts weren't as good as I get everywhere else, that's why I limit the amount I use howdens, I normally get my kitchens and ironmongery from magnets or benchmarks, to many salesman on commission?

Drawers that had wrong backs that…

Drawers that had wrong backs that needed drilling to get to fit, white end strips for a grey worktop, left units in garden in pouring rain so some are ruined, cheap shoddy rubbish, and very rude staff that won't replace the faulty and completely wrong goods. Low quality appliances sink and at a premium price. Don't believe the false good reviews. There reply is for the wrong depot, but par for the course. Additional they send wrong drawers, with wrong backs that needed to be drilled to fit together and holes for fixing were in wrong places on cabinet. They are a very poor joke. It's Eastbourne not Altrincham, what a company.
