Colin Knight. Molly at the customer interface at Eastbourne was knowledgeable and very patient with my wife and I over an extended period. Russell treated us with business respect despite our inexperienced in this field... it's donkeys years since we had a new kitchen. Kaz was personable and completed the list of staff who together made for a positive experience. Many thanks to all. The product is also perceived to be of very high quality.
