Howdens - great products obscure pricing

Howdens do great products but pricing, even for an account holder is very obscure. Certain items can be priced and ordered online, others can be priced online but must be ordered at the depot and the rest only give a price at the depot or by email. The price match promise doesn't work if you don't have a price!
