He has been polite attentive and delivered excellence in customer service to my husband and myself and in particular to my miniature dachshund Newman who put the brakes on when we had to leave the showroom not wanting to leave.

Elmbridge - WOW

I had Shaun as my designer who looked after my Kitchen from start to finish. I had a big project with an extension and Shaun kept in touch all the way through what was a stressful time at home. I was working to a quick turn around time after the build and i had a full completed kitchen delivery within a week. I chose the Elmbridge range which is fully fitted and looks STUNNING. Iv had so many compliments. The display in the depo is lovely and i wondered could i replicate it in my home. I also went for Howdens bespoke solid worktops. The team helped me choose my colour scheme as i was back and forth with blues and greys. I even had a instore appointment in a lovely room where we lay the frontal colours down with my worktop choice, handles and flooring. It felt like a bespoke interior design appointment. I also was so impressed with the lamona appliances and hot water tap and the sink. I am so delighted with the service from the store and i would highly recommend...
