Brilliant Customer Service

I needed a kitchen planning as soon as possible. I contacted Howdens - Exeter Sowton, who pulled out all the stops, and arranged for Frankie to come out at 9am on the next working day. She understood exactly what was needed and offered very helpful advice. By 3pm the SAME day the plan was complete! What amazing customer service. Howdens - Exeter Sowton is managed by Matt Olver. What a great manager he is. A people person, who as well as treating the staff well, goes above and beyond for his customers. Well done all. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You said you had doors but when came in…

You said you had doors but when came in to pick them you did not have any but your stock said you had 4 !!!! You said the doors would be in Tuesday but I had to ring you Thursday to see if you have got them in, not good 😞

Firstly my account was used without my…

Firstly my account was used without my permission. I was shocked when I received an email with a receipt for goods that had been purchased on my account by a member of the public. Whilst this was a previous customer which I had completed the job for 2 years previously, she was able to walk into your store in sowton Exeter and take advantage of my trade discount via my account without asking my approval and without anyone in the store contacting myself for authorization.

Sowton branch Exeter is the best branch…

Sowton branch Exeter is the best branch I've ever dealt with in 50 yrs of trading.They are knowledgeable friendly helpful and from what I've seen they make every customer feel special. From kitchens to van stock I'm prepared to go out of my way to shop at Sowton branch.
