Outstanding delivery

We have just taken delivery of our Howdens Units/Worktops this time for our Utility Room. Steve the delivery driver was excellent, even though our delivery was his last drop on Friday afternoon and time was getting on, he didn't rush, he made sure everything was unloaded and stacked carefully and considerately within a tight garage space. Steve also checked the paperwork thoroughly for our peace of mind, great service and delivery.

Excellent service from the complete Howdens team.

Excellent service from Justin in the initial stages of researching products for our new fitted kitchen Next all credit to the kitchen designer Frankie having to cope during your showroom refit. But every query we had was resolved promptly and professionally. So it’s well done to all the am including the nice branch manager We are looking forward to seeing the kitchen being fitted during the first two weeks of September we will of course give you our final report once everything is completed. Messed us around with delivery

It took 5 deliveries to deliver our kitchen and still not all the parts needed have been delivered. Our kitchen fit has been massively delayed despite being told that we’re getting a good deal on our kitchen if we could store it. Now we need to collect the missing parts 2-3 weeks later. Not ok and I feel really messed around.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, no quibble to return unused materials and on the rare occasion when an item was damaged it was replaced. Website isn't the best, pricing is a bit opaque But would definitely keep using them Credit account is great
