I have repeatedly been charged for…

I have repeatedly been charged for items that should have been delivered with my kitchen, but were missing. Each time I have to order a missing item I'm assured I won't be charged. However, I have had a charge applied to my account on each occasion. This is disappointing on two counts; firstly the missing items have caused a considerable delay in completion of the project, and secondly the charge applied for something that has already been paid for.

Another very good kitchen experience with Howdens at Exmouth - We were very pleased for Richard, one of the kitchen planners, yet again to design our kitchen and throughout the process the branch are supportive and come together well as a team, along with their Manager, Lloyd. The options and selection of kitchens, work tops and flooring are exceptional .
