Lorry stretched out across the pavement…

Lorry stretched out across the pavement again this morning...pavements are for people . .roads or your own property for lorries .. Despite contacting headoffice and the branch ...it clearly is of no concern to them or regard for the public. Registration available on request..the response being generic as expected ...head office and branch have been communicated with on several occasions and yet it is still an accepted practice

Top Class Service

Emma was so friendly, knowledgable and accommodating even when I asked for things to be changed a few times. Very quick to respond to emails or call back, great communication. Staff at the front desk were also really friendly and helpful when I went it about something. Great team. I absolutely would recommend using them, I'm so pleased with my new dressing room. Thanks Emma

Commitment with humour.

On this occasion I called into Howdens because the Wickes store opposite was closed due to a power cut. It was obvious when I entered Howdens they too had a power cut, and even though the security alarm was bleating away in a deafening tone, the two counter staff were still happy to take my order, writing down all the details on triple copy paper for me to sign, and then they promised they would electronically input the information when they could. I would like to thank the Farnborough staff for staying joyful throughout the problems they were experiencing, offering me biscuits and apologising the coffee machine wasn't working to go with them, and searching through the dark stores to find what I needed.

Good value for money and good service

Good value for money and good service. Emma Al-Nawab, one of the designers at the Farnborough branch was great. She knew exactly what we were looking for even though we weren’t exactly sure ourselves. She was extremely helpful and always available when we had questions. All the staff at the beach were friendly and helpful

Fantastic Experience

Thank you so much to the Howdens Farnborough Team. We have to recognise Emma Al-Nawab who was our kitchen designer. Emma, thank you so much for your help and expertise. We had worked with other kitchen designers before but found that it was not a great experience. Emma was really helpful, very patient in the times that we were indecisive. Emma was really insightful and gave us ideas of what would could work for our kitchen. We were so excited in seeing our vision being brought to life and we are happy with the quality of the units. The whole team at Farnborough are always polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend the Howdens Farnborough based.

Go to place for anything kitchen related

We would just like to say that all the staff at the Farnborough, Hants branch are super friendly and very helpful, they go above and beyond to help and always with a smile. We would also like to mention Emma who came & designed 2 kitchens for us , she was super helpful, gave ideas to save space and make the best use of the space we had along with our budget. We would not hesitate to recommend Howdens Farnborough & Emma to design another kitchen for us in the future , they are our go to place for anything kitchen.
